Key Responsibilities
- Travel within San Diego to generate leads and build relationships with potential property owners, real estate professionals, and investors
- Attend real estate meetups, social events, and professional gatherings to promote Cardo’s services
- Conduct targeted outreach through social media marketing, educational meetings, and relationship-building activities
- Schedule and conduct lunch-and-learn sessions with real estate professionals
- Generate leads through specialized educational meetings and relationship-building strategies
- Develop partnerships with local businesses to expand our referral network
- Create networking opportunities for new and existing clients
- Make strategic introductions to developers and potential investors
- Champion and nurture realtor relationships through consistent communication and value-added interactions
What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in real estate or service-based industries
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Deep understanding of San Diego’s real estate and hospitality landscape
- Ability to work independently and take strategic initiative
- Proficiency in CRM software and social media marketing platforms
