Job Details
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with evenings and weekends as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Become the subject matter expert for assigned properties, knowing their operations in depth
- Routinely inventory and replace household items, furniture, and décor as needed
- Report issues, inspect completed work orders, and supervise maintenance projects
- Perform checkout damage inspections, quarterly and annual property inspections
- Communicate recommendations for property upgrades and supervise their completion
- Ensure high-level property owner retention and assist with monthly owner statements
- Respond to guest issues during work hours and property emergencies after hours as needed
- Provide weekly property status updates to the operations manager
What We Are Looking For
- At least one year in property management, preferably in vacation rentals
- Strong knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and property management software
- Creative approach to work through challenges in fast-paced environments
- High level of organization and ability to multitask effectively
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory record and reliable transportation
