Jacob Grennell
Chief Operating Officer
Jacob is an Ohio native and Marine Corps veteran with a decade of real estate and short-term rental investment experience. While serving in San Diego, he managed aviation operations, overseeing $750 million in assets and leading a team of 60 Marines across four overseas tours. During this time, he began investing in real estate, eventually purchasing and managing multiple short-term rentals.
After co-founding a short-term rental management company and scaling it to 25 properties, Jacob transitioned to Cardo, where he advanced to Chief Operating Officer. He now oversees daily operations and all departments within the company. Jacob is committed to excellence, hard work, and delivering top-tier customer service. In his free time, he enjoys biking, exploring local breweries, and enjoying San Diego.
