Please note that there are stairs in this 2 level home. 

The 4th bedroom is a detached room that is located in the backyard. 

We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive check-in info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.

The spa is serviced weekly.
