The best way to get around San Diego is to bring a car. Uber / Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car!

For your safety, there is a ring doorbell camera and a camera for the backyard.

Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee.  
**No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.

Pest Control comes every 6 weeks to do the exterior. They don't enter the home (they use the side gate to get to the backyard) and they don't use harmful chemicals so your family and pets are safe :) 

San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
