Key Responsibilities
Travel within San Diego to generate leads and build relationships with potential property owners, real estate professionals, and investors
Attend real estate meetups, social events, and professional gatherings to promote Cardo's services
Conduct targeted outreach through social media marketing, educational meetings, and relationship-building activities
Schedule and conduct lunch-and-learn sessions with real estate professionals
Generate leads through specialized educational meetings and relationship-building strategies
Develop partnerships with local businesses to expand our referral network Create networking opportunities for new and existing clients
Make strategic introductions to developers and potential investors
Champion and nurture realtor relationships through consistent communication and value-added interactions
What We Are Looking For
Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in real estate or service-based industries
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Deep understanding of San Diego’s real estate and hospitality landscape
Ability to work independently and take strategic initiative
Proficiency in CRM software and social media marketing platforms
