Work Setting: In-person

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with evenings and weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities

Become the subject matter expert for assigned properties, knowing their operations in depth
Routinely inventory and replace household items, furniture, and décor as needed
Report issues, inspect completed work orders, and supervise maintenance projects
Perform checkout damage inspections, quarterly and annual property inspections
Communicate recommendations for property upgrades and supervise their completion
Ensure high-level property owner retention and assist with monthly owner statements
Respond to guest issues during work hours and property emergencies after hours as needed
Provide weekly property status updates to the operations manager

What We Are Looking For

At least one year in property management, preferably in vacation rentals
Strong knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and property management software
Creative approach to work through challenges in fast-paced environments
High level of organization and ability to multitask effectively
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
Valid driver’s license with satisfactory record and reliable transportation
