It was a great location and space. All of the amenities are very nice and modern. We were very happy with the layout. It is a bit tight in some places and lots of stairs. In the basement the WiFi doesn’t work, but those were very insignificant compared to the rest of the space in amenities.
Clean and very nice home in a great location by the beach. Host was very responsive and helpful during check in and stay
Great location, nice property, close to the beach, easy to find street parking. However, communication was terrible, and there was no manual, which they could not provide even after we asked. It took us a while to figure out how to turn on the ac, rules for trash disposal, even how to use the stove and oven. The upstairs loft bedroom TV did not work, nor did any of the plugs. The only way to charge my phone and laptop was to plug them in the bathroom, that bedroom was only usable for sleep. The bathrooms toilet paper holders were broken and the toilet seats seemed smaller than the actual toilet. Thank God there wasn’t an emergency-the host did not respond for over 24 hours and did not offer to fix the socket issue until the day before we left and we spent 5 nights. At one point, they asked me to flip the switch in the breaker box, but could not tell me where the box was located. Suggestion: invest in beach equipment considering proximity to the beach, so guests don’t have to rent.
