Please Note: We have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for all primary renters.
We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.

I needed a place to stay last minute and was able to book here. I stayed 3 nights over 4th of July weekend by myself. This is a great location for being away from the busyness but within walking distance to many things & the beach. It is a safe, clean, and slow area. You have to park on the street which was safe (I have a soft top jeep with luggage in it & was fine). Because of the holiday I'm sure parking was more difficult but I was able to park 1/2 block away and could see my jeep from the driveway. This unit is in the backyard of one unit and next to another, the patio is shared. It is a small studio with a small kitchen but decent sized bathroom & shower. It has a small hotel room feel and worked for what and when I needed. The place could use some updating but overall it's safe & in a very nice area. Host was responsive. Walk a street over: Rosemaries (sliders & drinks) Vilis Health Bar (smoothies/bowls/coffee) Ultreya (coffee) Ulivo (Italian) Ocean Beach ~10-15 min walk
Fantastic location and perfect place to stay for a few nights. Modern bathroom, kitchen, and TV. Very easy check in with clear instructions. Would stay here again!
Absolutely loved our stay here! 5-10 minute walk to the beach / some restaurants and bars. Perfect for two people, has everything you need for a short stay! We will absolutely be staying again :)
