With a walking score of 87, plenty of activities are within reach. For anything outside of the neighborhood, a vehicle or Uber is recommended.

PLEASE NOTE: due to the spa being on the second floor balcony, the only way for the spa vendor to access the spa for servicing is through the bedroom. The spa vendor will knock on the door before entering. Please do not turn them away as the spa may become unusable and require extra maintenance if they are unable to service. They have a code to enter the unit, so you do not need to be present unless you wish to be :)

Khachapuri Restaurant, Open daily except Wednesday until 9:00 PM (and until 10:00 PM on weekends).

San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.

Guests may have packages delivered to the property during their reservation dates. However, we strongly advise coordinating deliveries for when you are on-site to receive them. The host cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged prior to or during your stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Cardo’s Airbnb. The place was clean, spacious enough for my family of five to comfortably spread out, and the area was quiet at night . I also appreciated the secure parking garage and Lestat’s coffee shop across the street. It is a good location not too far from SeaWorld or Mission Beach.
