This condo was an excellent location. Close to all restaurants and stores. The grounds of the condo are very well maintained. We stayed in it for four months, I would not recommend staying there that long. I think it would be great for one or two nights, but this condo definitely needs upgrades and the sofa is really a loveseat and it’s very uncomfortable. The kitchen pots and pans are very old and scratched up. I was able to purchase some of my own, which I did leave there for future guests.

Overall nice decor and working amenities. Comfy beds. Garage space was a bit dirty in the corners, but the surrounding apartment complex has nice greenery and quiet neighbors. Minor issue with bathroom door not quite locking shut. Shower head didn’t match my height, but that’s common in many homes. Great neighborhood access to shops and restaurants. A few questionable folks in these locations late at night but daytime activity was very convenient and safe Pricing was good in relation to other prices in surrounding areas. Jacob was quick to respond to my needs when I needed to extend my departure time last minute. Very kind host.

What a fantastic find! The location was peaceful and private, while also being conveniently located close enough to main attractions like the zoo, Coronado island, and Downtown San Diego. We loved watching the sunsets from the home and exploring the beach! The home was spread out to comfortably fit 6 adults and had lots of great space for socializing!

Really beautiful spot right on the cliffs. Incredible location and a wonderful spot to do anything in town from. House is lovely and well laid out for using all 3 bedrooms. Excellent experience.

Everything was as advertised, can’t beat the view and being able to walk directly to the trails to the cliffs from your doorstep was pretty great. The only thing to keep in mind there is a lot of foot traffic around the property and the street, especially in the evening as people naturally will flock to the cliffs to catch the sunset. The property itself is great.
